What we collect
Only what you type into the demo or contact form: name, shop, e-mail, optional phone, trade and message. We also record the page you came from and, where present, the campaign parameters (UTM) of your visit. If you attach your price list, we receive that file too: it is used only to prepare your demo and is never shared.
Why
To answer your request and, if you wish, arrange a demo. We never sell data and never add you to a list without your consent.
Where your data goes
Your request reaches us by e-mail (Resend) and is stored in our sales management tool. These providers process the data on our behalf only.
Audience measurement
When audience measurement is on, it uses Plausible, a cookie-free tool that doesn’t track visitors across sites. No cookie banner is therefore needed.
Retention and rights
We keep a request that led nowhere for three years at most. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to us.
